Once again, the pre-season starts with tests in February. At Box Repsol we bring you all the dates you need to put in your calender to stay up to date with all the latest from the 2019 World Championship.

Sepang test (first contact) 1st to 3rd February

The Repsol Honda Team test riders will be on the Malaysian circuit a week before the official riders. Sepang is one of the most demanding dates on the calendar due to its heavy braking and the extreme heat on the track, characteristics that make it a good circuit to test the 2019 Honda RC213V.

Sepang test 6th to 8th February

Marc Márquez lands in Sepang the weekend after the first tests to continue working on the set-up. In terms of the bike, some of the keys points of this season will be the electronics and the selection of the fairing.

Qatar test 23rd to 25th February

Losail has been the first test on the calendar since 2007, and so it is the ideal place to carry out the last pre-season tests. The desert heat makes it necessary to hold the race at night with flood lights.

The World Championship kicks off with the Qatar GP on 7th March
