trail braking?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Realmente el <strong>\u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> no tiene una traducci\u00f3n literal al espa\u00f1ol y cuando se utiliza la expresi\u00f3n, especialmente en el mundo de la competici\u00f3n sobre asfalto, todas las <strong>personas vinculadas las carreras de velocidad<\/strong> entienden lo que se quiere decir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frenada progresiva o gradual<\/strong> pueden ser dos maneras de explicar la expresi\u00f3n \u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d. Es una t\u00e9cnica de conducci\u00f3n que se aplica a la <strong>frenada del tren delantero<\/strong> y mediante la cual la presi\u00f3n sobre la maneta del freno anterior se va reduciendo progresivamente a medida que se va trazando una curva y hasta llegar al punto de m\u00e1ximo inclinaci\u00f3n, <strong>conocido como \u00e1pice<\/strong>. El \u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d se puede utilizar tambi\u00e9n al <strong>practicar una conducci\u00f3n deportiva en carretera.<\/strong> M\u00e1s a\u00fan, si la moto que se conduce incluye <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/es\/cultura-motera\/frenos-abs-en-moto\/\"><strong>ABS<\/strong><\/a><strong> con asistencia en curva<\/strong>, un sistema \u201cinteligente\u201d que, gracias a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/es\/tecnologia\/unidad-de-medicion-inercial\/\"><strong>IMU<\/strong><\/a>, modifica el nivel de intrusi\u00f3n del citado ABS dependiendo del grado de inclinaci\u00f3n de la moto. Si se controla bien este aspecto, la conducci\u00f3n puede dar un gran paso adelante. El \u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d <strong>tambi\u00e9n permite corregir trazadas<\/strong>, ayudando a reducir la velocidad si se ha entrado m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo debido, o si la curva es de doble radio y se cierra m\u00e1s de lo esperado. Al comprimirse la suspensi\u00f3n delantera durante la frenada, se cierra el \u00e1ngulo de lanzamiento de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/es\/tecnologia\/horquilla-moto-que-es-y-como-funciona\/\">horquilla<\/a> y as\u00ed <strong>la moto se mantiene en la trazada correcta con m\u00e1s facilidad<\/strong> o, lo que es lo mismo, reduce la tendencia al subviraje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pilotos experimentados a\u00f1aden a la t\u00e9cnica del <strong>\u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> la ayuda del <strong>freno motor<\/strong>, que puede ser regulada de manera electr\u00f3nica y que, como es de suponer, act\u00faa en la rueda trasera. Aunque en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os el freno trasero se emplea m\u00e1s durante las carreras que en \u00e9pocas anteriores, <strong>su utilizaci\u00f3n depende del estilo de cada piloto<\/strong>, y no todos hacen uso de \u00e9l por igual. Por ejemplo, muchos pilotos de MotoGP reconocen que el freno trasero les ayuda a estabilizar la moto y a que el neum\u00e1tico posterior vaya m\u00e1s pegado al asfalto, <strong>especialmente durante el inicio de la frenada<\/strong>. Una prueba de que muchos pilotos profesionales hacen uso del freno trasero durante las curvas es que llevan una segunda bomba en el semimanillar izquierdo con una peque\u00f1a maneta que les permite accionar el freno posterior desde ah\u00ed, especialmente cuando la moto va muy inclinada en las curvas a derechas y no hay espacio para que el pie pueda <strong>aplicar presi\u00f3n sobre el pedal de freno<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil en motos con suspensiones y frenos de calidad, combinados con unos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/es\/tecnologia\/tipos-neumaticos-cuando-utilizarlos\/\">neum\u00e1ticos deportivos<\/a> en buen estado y con la temperatura adecuada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no tenemos mucha experiencia en conducci\u00f3n deportiva, <strong>lo mejor es iniciarse en la pr\u00e1ctica del \u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d en circuito<\/strong> y, a ser posible, ayudados por un monitor con experiencia en cursos de conducci\u00f3n. Una vez aprendida la lecci\u00f3n y, poco a poco, podremos ir poni\u00e9ndolo en pr\u00e1ctica en carreteras conocidas, ampliando los m\u00e1rgenes de seguridad para no llevarnos sobresaltos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_beneficios_se_obtienen_al_emplear_el_%E2%80%9Ctrail_braking%E2%80%9D\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios se obtienen al emplear el \u201c<em>trail braking<\/em>\u201d?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal objetivo de esta t\u00e9cnica es <strong>mejorar el tiempo por vuelta<\/strong> <strong>en un circuito<\/strong>. Permite frenar m\u00e1s tarde y tardar menos tiempo en trazar las curvas, lo que queda reflejado en el cron\u00f3metro con tiempos m\u00e1s bajos.
