{"id":98348,"date":"2021-08-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-29T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pre.boxrepsol.com\/uncategorized\/pol-espargaro-finishes-fifth-at-silverstone\/"},"modified":"2021-08-29T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-08-29T02:00:00","slug":"pol-espargaro-finishes-fifth-at-silverstone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/en\/motogp-en\/pol-espargaro-finishes-fifth-at-silverstone\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol Espargar\u00f3 finishes fifth at Silverstone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cara y cruz para el <strong>equipo Repsol Honda<\/strong> en la duod\u00e9cima cita de la temporada, que se ha disputado en condiciones de seco en el trazado brit\u00e1nico de Silverstone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pol Espargar\u00f3<\/strong>, que sal\u00eda desde la \u201c<strong>pole position<\/strong>\u201d, ha liderado el primer cuarto de la carrera, confirmando de esta manera su mejor actuaci\u00f3n como piloto oficial del equipo Repsol Honda.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de no poder mantener el ritmo que hab\u00eda impuesto desde un inicio, Espargar\u00f3 ha perdido posiciones, hasta cruzar la l\u00ednea de meta en quinta posici\u00f3n. Con este resultado Pol suma <strong>once puntos<\/strong> y llegar\u00e1 al Gran Premio de Motorland Arag\u00f3n habiendo logrado un gran paso adelante en su pilotaje con la Honda RC213V.<\/p>\n<p>Su compa\u00f1ero de equipo, <strong>Marc M\u00e1rquez<\/strong>, no ha tenido suerte y en la primera vuelta se ha ido al suelo sin sufrir graves consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>El piloto del equipo Repsol Honda, que sal\u00eda desde la quinta posici\u00f3n en la parrilla, ha intentado volver a reincorporarse a la carrera, pero su moto no se lo ha permitido.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del Gran Premio de Gran Breta\u00f1a, Marc M\u00e1rquez ocupa la duod\u00e9cima posici\u00f3n en la clasificaci\u00f3n general con 59 puntos y Pol Espargar\u00f3 es decimocuarto con 52 puntos.<\/p>\n<h2>Declaraciones de los pilotos<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23mm93&amp;src=typed_query\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#MM93\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Antes que nada quiero pedir perd\u00f3n a Jorge Mart\u00edn, ya he hablado con \u00e9l y con su equipo para pedir disculpas despu\u00e9s de la carrera.
