{"id":98103,"date":"2020-11-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-17T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pre.boxrepsol.com\/uncategorized\/motogp-portugal-repsol-honda\/"},"modified":"2023-02-27T07:46:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T09:46:14","slug":"motogp-portugal-repsol-honda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boxrepsol.com\/en\/motogp-en\/motogp-portugal-repsol-honda\/","title":{"rendered":"MotoGP Portugal: Repsol Honda ready for final round of the year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MotoGP Portugal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Friday will be the first time that<strong> \u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez <\/strong>takes to the Portuguese track with the Honda RC213V. <strong>The Repsol Honda Team<\/strong> rider has never competed at the circuit before, but did participate in a test just before the French Grand Prix in October. Riding the Honda RC213V-S, he was satisfied with both the layout and the new asphalt, despite mentioning that it was a somewhat difficult track due to its famous &#8216;roller coaster&#8217; section and different elevation changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stefan Bradl <\/strong>does have experience at the track, as in 2017 he raced there with the Honda CBR1000RR in the World Superbike Championship. In addition, he did two days of testing in Portimao with the Honda RC213V before traveling to Le Mans. Portimao is a new circuit for almost everyone this weekend so it will be interesting to see how we all adapt and learn it. It\u2019s a very physical track with a lot of blind corners so I think it will produce some very exciting racing.
