In the final stages of the session, the MotoGP World Championship leader suffered a heavy crash at Turn 7, when going back out on track from the pits.<\/p>\n<p>The Repsol Honda Team rider was transferred first to the circuit medical center and then to Buriram Hospital, where he underwent medical tests to rule out serious injury.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1rquez led the FP2 until 4 minutes from the end<\/strong>, when many riders mounted new tyres. The Repsol Honda Team rider continued to work on his race pace with used tyres and f<strong>inished sixth<\/strong>, with a time of 1\u201930.891.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jorge Lorenzo took almost a second off his time from the morning in FP2<\/strong>. In the afternoon I was able to ride well and I am happy with what we achieved. We only had to modify our plan a little bit but I was able to be fast immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/jl99?src=hash&#038;lang=en\">#JL99<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>This morning I was quite satisfied with what we did<\/strong> because we did a lot of laps with good pace.
