The current MotoGP World Championship led the first half of the qualifying<\/strong> session, but could not improve with his second tyre and finished 79 thousandths off the best time.<\/p>\n Dani Pedrosa, sixth in FP3 and eighth in FP4, earned sixth position in the qualifying session, just 3 tenths off pole<\/strong> position.<\/p>\n Today I\u00a0was able to\u00a0fight for the pole,\u00a0and actually the lap times are very close. Here,\u00a0the slipstream counts a lot\u00a0and\u00a0at a certain point everyone was waiting for one;\u00a0given that I was on top after the first run,\u00a0I\u00a0also\u00a0waited\u00a0before pushing for\u00a0the\u00a0final try. Here in Aragon it\u2019s\u00a0important to be\u00a0at least on\u00a0the\u00a0second row because\u00a0the first corner is very close to the start and makes things a little tricky.
