The safety commission analysed the situation and I think\u00a0Race Direction has to be thanked; they listened, and in the end, safety was everybody\u2019s main consideration\u2014one of us riders is in hospital already. During the day, I watched the screen and saw all the fans in the grandstands patiently waiting; it would have been good to reward them, but in the end, sometimes we must keep a cool head and think.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Dani Pedrosa<\/h3>\n<p><em>I think it was obvious that with this weather, the track wasn\u2019t in a proper condition to race today. The safety commission agreed that it wasn\u2019t safe enough, and I think it was a right decision. It\u2019s a great shame because racing is what we always prefer to do. And we tried very hard actually, first moving up the start and then later delaying it as long as possible.
