On their last two visits to the German track, Marquez and Pedrosa have taken two podium doubles \u2013and have very fond memories of a circuit at which they have earned six wins apiece.<\/p>\n<p>Marquez has been the victor in 125cc, Moto2 and MotoGP at Sachsenring, in a run that stretches back to 2010. Pedrosa holds two wins in 250cc \u2013from 2004 and 2005- and four MotoGP victories in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bxrepsol.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/static\/2022\/08\/29044826\/marc-marquez-dani-pedrosa-felicitandose-2016.jpg\" alt=\"Marc M\u00e1rquez y Dani Pedrosa felicitandose en el corralillo\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Marc M\u00e1rquez<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re going to the German GP aiming for a podium position and of course possibly to fight for the win. The Sachsenring is normally a very good track for me that I like very much, maybe because it has so many left-hand corners, a bit like a dirt track! On the other hand, it\u2019s another one on the calendar where the weather has sometimes played a crucial role in the past, so we\u2019ll see how it goes there. We\u2019ve learned from the past and we\u2019re approaching this season race by race, trying to be ready and make the most of what we have and what the situation requires. In any case I\u2019m happy we\u2019ll be back in action shortly and I\u2019ll do my best to get another positive result before the summer break.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Dani Pedrosa<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cI like the Sachsenring very much; it\u2019s definitely one of my favourite tracks on the calendar. I have very good memories there, and together with my team, we\u2019ll try to make the best use of what we\u2019ve learned from the last races. It was a pity that we didn\u2019t get a better result in Assen, where our strategy was perfect for the first part of the race, but the positive is that we know we\u2019ve worked well in demanding conditions.
