Current World Champion, <strong>Pecco Bagnaia<\/strong> set the<strong> best time <\/strong>of the day, ahead of \u00c1lex Rins and the rookie Pedro Acosta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Oliveira, Marc M\u00e1rquez, Enea Bastianini, Jorge Mart\u00edn, \u00c1lex M\u00e1rquez, Maverick Vi\u00f1ales and Aleix Espargar\u00f3 <strong>all went straight through to Q2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The premier class riders will return to the track for <strong>FP2<\/strong> on <strong>Saturday<\/strong> at 10:10am local time. The Repsol Honda Team riders finished with <strong>Mir in 21st<\/strong>, with a time of 1:46.584, 1.6 seconds off the top spot. <strong>Luca Marini was 24th <\/strong>thanks to a 1:47.062.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both will have another practice session on Saturday to continue adapting the setup of their bikes to the demanding Italian track. It changes the behaviour of the bike a bit, so we need to keep working to improve the setup. Already I\u2019m feeling better than last weekend so it\u2019s a good starting point for the weekend. In the last two exits we were able to improve our feeling a lot, but I couldn\u2019t put together a lap because of other riders and some small mistakes. I think our potential was a high 45, which would put us in a good position. I\u2019m optimistic with the potential we have.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Luca_Marini\"><\/span><strong>Luca Marini<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Everything today was better than in the test, we\u2019ve made a step again and the feeling is much better. Unfortunately, in practice it didn\u2019t all go to plan, so we had to adapt and we missed out to take those final tenths in our one lap speed. There\u2019s work to do with the setting because when you change something like the aero, many things also need adjusting.
