Aleix Espargar\u00f3 (Aprilia)<\/strong> won an exciting British GP<\/strong> that was fought to the end and affected by rain on the final laps. Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati) and Brad Binder (KTM) rounded off the podium at Silverstone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miguel Oliveira (Aprilia), Maverick Vi\u00f1ales (Aprilia), Jorge Mart\u00edn (Ducati), Luca Marini (Ducati), Jack Miller (KTM), Johann Zarco (Ducati) and Ra\u00fal Fern\u00e1ndez (Aprilia) completed the Top 10<\/strong> at the British Grand Prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this result, Pecco Bagnaia extends his lead in the series and is 41 points ahead of nearest rival Jorge Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next round<\/a> of the MotoGP World Championship will be held in two weeks’ time at Austria’s Red Bull Ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bittersweet Grand Prix for Repsol Honda Team<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After not competing in the most recent Sunday races, Marc M\u00e1rquez<\/strong> faced the British GP with the aim of finishing with a good feeling and collecting as much data as possible with his Honda. He had a positive start in which he overtook several riders, and the Repsol Honda Team<\/strong> man remained in the Top 10 until he suffered a small crash when rain appeared with five laps to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joan Mir<\/strong> adopted the same approach of adapting to the bike and the electronics, lap-by-lap. However, after losing places off the start, he also crashed -on the third lap- which prevented him from accumulating kilometres on his RC213V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
